Sarah attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2018. Sarah graduated first in her class and received the honored distinction of being named a William Crowe Scholar. At Loyola, she served as a member of the Loyola Law Review and received Academic Excellence Awards for the highest class grade in fifteen courses. She also received the Dean’s Award, Joseph V. Bologna Award, Ralph H. Fishman Award, Liskow & Lewis Scholarship, and Faculty Award. While in law school, Sarah interned for Justice Jefferson Hughes of the Louisiana Supreme Court, Judge Paul Bonin of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, and Judge Elizabeth Lanier of the Louisiana Office of Workers’ Compensation. Sarah also served as a research assistant for Professor Mitchell Crusto during her studies at Loyola. In 2018, Sarah received a Gillis Long Poverty Law Center Public Service Award for public service throughout her time at Loyola.
